Can I use my plan on multiple vehicles?

Yes, you can use your membership on any of your vehicles, depending on your membership tier.

Can someone else use my membership benefits or appointment?

Yes, but only for your monthly detail - not for other membership perks.

If you haven't used your monthly detail, you may gift it to your family member or friend. Just send us a quick confirmation via text or phone call, and make sure to schedule the appointment in advance.

How can I get my free monthly drink from Gogi Yaki?

Just show your membership card at Gogi Yaki. Once they confirm your status, you can redeem any handcrafted drink from their menu (excludes bottled drinks and alcohol).

How do the details work?

  • Full detail: deep exterior and interior cleaning - full inside-out service.
  • Exterior detail: a careful hand wash with proper techniques and products.
  • Maintenance wash: a quick clean-up with light vacuum, exterior wash, and dash wipe (Not a full detail.)

How do membership discount work?

  • In person: Just show your membership card when checking out, and we'll apply your discount in person.
  • Online: send us a quick message with your name, member ID and what you'd like to order. Once we confirm your membership, we'll send you a discount code to use at checkout.

Do I need to schedule my services in advance?

Yes - we recommend booking at least 5 days in advance to secure your spot, especially during busy weeks.
